    Melito & Adolfsen P.C. is a litigation firm with offices in New York City and New Jersey.  Our practice areas principally are complex commercial litigation, including insurance coverage, reinsurance arbitrations and litigations, all types of tort defense, auto liability, products liability, professional liability, directors and officers and errors and omissions coverage litigation and defense. 

    Our attorneys also handle complex litigation in such areas as securities, real estate and commercial matters.  We have the size to bring sufficient resources to a substantial matter but are not too large to bring personal attention, on a one-on-one basis with a client, when the matter needs that kind of treatment.  Experienced trial and appellate attorneys complement our complex litigation units.  In addition to the members of the firm, many of our associates are experienced trial lawyers. 

     Our insurance companies and corporate clients call on us for tasks ranging from detailed investigations and exposure analysis to complex litigation.
