Quentin A. Alexandre’s practice at Melito & Adolfsen focuses primarily in complex commercial and civil litigation matters, ranging from insurance coverage to real estate matters.
Quentin handles various phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation and appeals.
Prior to joining Melito & Adolfsen, Quentin worked for a complex real estate litigation firm and represented landlords and tenants in disputes and transactional matters.
Quentin is fluent in three languages (French, German and English) and regularly handles work in immigration law, helping immigrants in Immigration Court.
Quentin obtained a double J.D. from the University of Paris II in France, in conjunction with the University of Saarland in Germany where he specialized in French and German law. He later specialized in International Law and obtained a double LL.M in Transnational Legal Practice from St. John’s Law School and from Lyon Catholic University (France) in International Private Law.
While at St. John’s, Quentin wrote for the New York International Law Review (a publication of the International Law and Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association) and participated in the FINRA Security Dispute Resolution moot court as a member of the Dispute Resolution Society.
Quentin now serves on the European Affairs Committee at the NY City Bar Association and is a member of the NY State Bar Association and the French-American Bar Association.
