MORGAN C. FIANDER handles various litigation matters in New York, focusing her practice on nursing home liability and insurance defense litigation. She also handles cases in the firm's international practice area, including representation of non-U.S. citizens and foreign entities. Prior to joining the firm, Morgan worked in real estate litigation, representing landlords and building management companies around New York City in commercial and residential litigation matters.

Morgan also has a variety of experience in criminal law. She has worked in probation, on international human rights matters, as a prosecutor, and in a legal clinic working exclusively on defense of death penalty cases.

Outside of the firm, Morgan is an alumna volunteer and advisor for her sorority, both locally and nationally. Morgan is also a member and supporter of various women's rights and women lawyers groups. She enjoys running and traveling in her spare time.
