Majdi Sweis has substantial complex commercial and civil litigation experience including in Insurance
Defense, RICO violations, Securities, Labor and Employment, Institutional Healthcare, Product Liability,
Mergers, Officer and Director Liability, and Shareholder Litigation.

Mr. Sweis has also been specially retained to execute forensic legal analysis of Arabic language files in
sensitive internal investigations and high-profile cases relating to multinational terrorism, espionage,
corrupt business practices, and money laundering.

Mr. Sweis graduated from Northwestern University School of Law, where he placed First Place in a
regional American Bar Association Trial Advocacy Competition and was recognized in Law School with
an Award for Excellence in Oral Argument. Mr. Sweis was a judicial extern for the late Honorable Chief
Justice Richard B. Teitelman of the Supreme Court of Missouri and an intern at Micro Financing Partners
in Africa.

Prior to Law School, Mr. Sweis graduated summa cum laude with Highest Distinction Awards in English
Literature and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was awarded the Alumni
Association Student Leadership Award in recognition of serving as President of the Pre-Law Society and
his numerous Outstanding Attorney Awards across the country in the nationally-recognized American
Mock Trial Association.
