Before joining the firm, Ms. Gill served as a law clerk for the Staff Attorney's Office for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where she drafted weekly bench memoranda to the Circuit judges recommending the disposition of a broad range of federal and state appeals. After her clerkship, Ms. Gill served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she acquired substantial litigation experience concerning federal and state employment discrimination issues and equal opportunity litigation, including a successful first-chair representation at trial in federal court.
