products, sports, playground and automobile liability cases. Mr. Ely,

extensive trial experience and excels before a jury. During his years of
experience as a Kings County (Brooklyn, NY) Assistant District Attorney and
Insurance Defense Litigator, he has taken over 75 jury verdicts in the
Federal and State Courts in the New York City area. He has proffered and/or crossexamined expert witnesses covering a large spectrum of the litigation
